A calm, practical approach to health

My work is focused on helping people eat well, move well and build habits that support long-term health in a way that feels realistic, steady and sustainable. I don’t believe in quick fixes, extremes or approaches that leave people feeling guilty, restricted or overwhelmed.

Instead, I support people to make thoughtful changes that fit into real life — and that continue to make a difference as they age.

From food to health coaching

I’ve spent over 20 years working with food as a chef, which has given me a deep respect for the role food plays in our health, enjoyment and sense of wellbeing. Food is never just fuel — it’s cultural, emotional and deeply connected to how we live.

Over time, I became increasingly interested not just in what people were eating, but in how they felt about food, their bodies and their health — particularly as they moved through midlife and beyond. I saw how often well-intentioned advice became restrictive, confusing or unsustainable.

How I work

My approach is calm, supportive and grounded in real life.

I focus on:

  • Small, sustainable changes rather than dramatic overhauls
  • Habits and routines, not rigid rules
  • Adding nourishment before taking things away
  • Supporting health for the long term, not just the next few weeks

I aim to create a space where people feel supported rather than judged, and where change feels possible rather than pressured.

Who I work with.

I work with people over 40 who want to feel better in their bodies as they age — without dieting, extremes or constant restarting.

Some people come to me wanting clearer guidance around food. Others are looking to improve energy, movement, sleep or confidence. Many are simply ready for a more thoughtful, sustainable relationship with their health.

Looking ahead

Health is something we build and protect over time. My role is to help you invest in it in a way that feels steady, realistic and supportive — now and into the future.
