A steady, sustainable approach to health

I work with people over 40 who want to feel better in their bodies as they age — without dieting, extremes or constant restarting. My approach focuses on food, movement and habits that support long-term health in real life.

As heard on BBC Radio & featured in the press

I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies, step away from quick fixes, and build habits that support long-term health and wellbeing.
Recently, I was invited to share this approach on BBC Radio Stoke, discussing set weight point theory, why diets so often fail, how weight-loss drugs fit into the picture, and what really helps people make changes that last.
I was also featured in a double-page spread in The Western Morning News, exploring sustainable health, food, and a more compassionate way to think about weight and wellbeing.

My Approach

A steady, sustainable approach to health

At the heart of my approach are three simple principles:

  • 1. We focus on habits, not rules
Lasting change comes from building habits you can live with — not following rigid plans that are hard to sustain.
  • 2. We add in before taking out
Rather than cutting everything out, we focus on nourishing your body with food and movement that support energy, strength and wellbeing.
  • 3. We think long term
Health is something you build over time. Together, we focus on choices that support how you want to feel now — and in the years ahead.

Ways we can work together…..

Hello, I’m Rebecca

I’m a health coach and chef with over 20 years’ experience working with food. I support people over 40 to eat well, move well and build habits that support long-term health — without dieting, extremes or guilt.
My approach is practical, evidence-informed and grounded in real life. I believe health is something we build over time, through small, steady changes that fit who you are and how you live.
I work with individuals, groups and organisations, offering calm, knowledgeable support focused on feeling stronger, more energised and more confident as you age.
