You don’t need another plan. You need support that helps you build a healthier future.

If you’re over 40, chances are you’ve already tried plenty of things to “be healthier” — diets, resets, bursts of motivation that worked for a while and then quietly fell away.

What most people don’t need is more rules or pressure. They need understanding, structure, and support — over time.

I offer calm, personalised 1:1 health and wellbeing coaching for people who want to feel better in their bodies, build sustainable habits, and move forward without guilt or extremes.
This acts as a bridge between emotion and clarity.

“Is this for you?”

My work is particularly suited to people who:

  • Are 40+ and thinking more seriously about their long-term health
  • Feel tired of dieting, “starting again”, or all-or-nothing thinking
  • Want to improve energy, weight, digestion, sleep or overall wellbeing
  • Prefer a supportive, non-judgemental approach
  • Are ready to make steady changes that fit real life

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, a strict plan to follow, or a short-term transformation. My work is about building something that lasts.

How we work together

1:1 Health & Wellbeing Coaching

I work with clients on a 1:1 basis over 3–6 months, offering consistent support as you make changes at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable.

Sessions take place online via Zoom or in person, depending on location and preference.

This is a collaborative process — no judgement, no punishment, and no “perfect” way to do things.

What we might work on

Every client is different, but coaching commonly supports people with:

  • Creating meals that support energy, blood sugar and enjoyment
  • Improving eating patterns without restriction or guilt
  • Developing routines that work around busy lives
  • Understanding hunger, fullness and emotional eating
  • Improving sleep, digestion and stress resilience
  • Feeling calmer and more confident around food

The aim isn’t just short-term improvement — it’s giving you a structure and understanding you can keep using long after coaching ends.

My approach

I’m a qualified health coach with a background as a chef, and my work combines practical education with supportive coaching.

My approach is compassionate, realistic, and rooted in everyday life. We focus on adding supportive habits, not taking everything away, and working with your body rather than against it.

Long-term philosophy

At the heart of my work is the belief that health is something we invest in over time. Small, consistent actions build resilience, energy and confidence as we age.

Coaching helps you put those foundations in place — so you’re not constantly reacting, restarting or firefighting your health.

How to get started

If you’re curious about working together, the first step is simply a conversation. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we can talk through where you are now and whether coaching feels like the right next step.
